• Returns are accepted on unopened grip tape items only, within 10 days of delivery.

• Opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Refunds will be processed within 24–72 hours of approval, but processing times may vary depending on your bank.
