Returns are accepted on unopened grip tape items only.

For health and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.
Return Window

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been processed.
