Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return policy works.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted on unopened grip tape items only.

  • For health and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Return Window

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To start a return, please contact us with your order number and details so we can guide you through the process.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to confirm approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically appear within 24–72 hours, but this can vary depending on your bank.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order once your return has been processed.
