  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • We currently ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Available shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

  • Standard and expedited options may vary depending on your location.


Delivery Estimates

  • Standard USPS delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • Expedited USPS options (such as Priority Mail) are typically 2–3 business days, but not guaranteed.

  • Please note: delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in the USPS system.


Shipping Delays

  • Grip Pickle is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Once an order has been handed over to USPS, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Grip Pickle is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

  • For missing or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS, please check with your local post office or neighbors first before contacting USPS. Grip Pickle is not responsible for these losses once the package is confirmed delivered.
